Annual Day announcements
Annual day is on 10th Sep, 2016 @ Hindu
Temple from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm CDT. Rehearsal is on Sept 9th
2016 at Hindu Temple (Timings will be announced later)
1)
Participation of all students is mandatory.
2)
No holidays during the month of August
2016 to 10th Sept 2016.
3)
Class timings August 2016 to 10th
Sept 2016 is Friday 5:30pm to 7:30pm and Sunday 9:30 am to 12pm.
4)
Friday Times are:
a)
Batch 1 : 5:30pm- 6:00pm
b)
Batch 2: 6:00pm – 6:30pm
c)
Batch 3: 6:30pm -7:00pm
d)
Batch 4: 7:00pm-7:30pm
5)
Sunday Times are:
a)
Batch 1 : 9am – 9:45am
b)
Batch 2: 9:45am – 10:30am
c)
Batch 3: 10:30am – 11:15 am
d)
Batch 4: 11:15am – 12pm
6)
Please attend all the classes during this period
of time.
7)
All are supposed to arrive on time. Bring
their own water bottles.
8)
Thru out practice and program, all students are
expected to maintain silence, neatness and cleanliness and follow
instructions.
9)
Please practice at home.
10)
Plan to come 5 minutes before the class time.
11)
If you are late, please let me know. Doors will
be closed exactly 10 minutes after the class start time.
12)
Please get all the theory and announcement
sheets for all classes.
13)
Maintaining silence and cleanliness is top
most priority thru out including Annual Day event.
14)
Payment of $25 per student for Annual Day
expenses is due with August month fees.
15)
Please fill out the details and sign the
acknowledgement below. Return it before 10th August 2016.
